Sorrows Of Blackwood: Solemn Graces

Status:

A core series of the Sorrows Of Blackwood franchise, Sorrows Of Blackwood: Solemn Graces is an adaptation of the original novella series, designed to align the story with the continuity and format of the other Pick-n-Mix Comix Presents titles. All told, it's a Gothic horror/supernatural serial set in the year 1980 in the Kingdom of Inglenook, revolving around the witch-detective Grace Morgan discovering the world of Grimshaw hidden away in the Grim Grove in Blackwood Forest. Here, she encounters vampires like Dorian Belgrave and Jasper Rathbone, witches like Callista Sinclair and Fontaine Moriarty, the ghostly undertaker Gallo Belgrave, and so much more.

Each issue contains one chapter of the main story surrounding Grace's involvement with Grimshaw, plus an additional story about other characters or aspects of the world tangentially relevant to the main story, so there's plenty to read as the picture of Grimshaw forms over time.

This series is rated T for Teen, and will occasionally dip into the M for Mature side where noted!
