About This Website

This website is the lore of the Pick-n-Mix system, written over a lifetime of different research ventures and experimental pursuits. It's been collectively formed into the projects known as Pick-n-Mix Comix and Pick-n-Mix Comix Presents in order to tell the variety of different stories in the Other Realms and the Chasm of Stars, which were devised as elaborate paracosms for the system to live in while actualized existence is occurring elsewhere.

These projects are mainly urban fantasy, with elements of magical realism, sci-fi, time travel, the nature of existence, and whatever else fits within the purview of the Other Realms. It's found homes on Tumblr, Deviantart, Archive Of Our Own, Instagram, and even Wordpress and Reddit, but this page is designed as a singular, independent source of primary information about the functionality, design, and interior lore that are focused into the operation of the Pick-n-Mix authorial system as a whole.

Related projects have included Sorrows Of Blackwood, the Other Realms Story Bible, Supergirls In The Spotlight, Serien Serials, and Full Plate, many of which have been incorporated into the Pick-n-Mix universe by default as a means of adapting the system's wide variety of content into one singular content stream, as much as possible.
